Love the shoes, not very attractive but perfect for around the house.
My feet are still getting used to them so I can’t say they’re comfortable. There is literature but almost all of it is in Chinese.
This is highly disappointing. Your customers should be able to read about their product and use it correctly.

This product works pretty well. While they are not aesthetically pleasing, they do the job of applying pressure to the points on the foot while wearing them.
I would recommend that you wear them with the thick socks for as long as it takes for the plastic straps that go over your feet to loosen up, as I had to stop wearing them for about a week to allow my blisters to heal.
After a gym workout and yoga, they really seem to help.
